How to Upgrade Your Account
If you are out of plan minutes for the month, you have two choices:
- You can continue to make calls at a billable per minute rate*
- Or you can upgrade your account to a higher minute plan
Billable Per Minute Rate Option
If you choose to make calls at a billable per minute rate, then please be aware that our accounts have a $20 credit limit on those types of calls. If you have reached that credit limit for the month, and you want to continue to make calls at a billable rate, then email us at upgrade@freecallplanet.com so we can increase your credit limit.
After using your free minutes you will pay the billable rate until your next billing cycle date, when you will be billed again for the monthly service fee, billed for any past billable calls, and given your free minutes again for that new month.

- International Zone 2.5 cents per minute
- Frequent Zone 7.9 cents per minute

- Account Number
- Name On The Account
- Plan Name and New Minute Level Desired
We will charge your card the amount shown below:
- International 1000 to International 2500 = $22 + any outstanding balance **
- International 1000 to International 4000 = $42 + any outstanding balance **
- International 2500 to International 4000 = $20 + any outstanding balance **
- Frequent 500 to Frequent 1000 = $27.45 + any outstanding balance **
- Frequent 500 to Frequent 3000 = $134.55 + any outstanding balance **
- Frequent 1000 to Frequent 3000 = $107.10 + any outstanding balance **
- India 250 to India 500 = $10.80 + any outstanding balance **
- India 250 to India 1000 = $35.20 + any outstanding balance **
- India 250 to India 2000 = $83.10 + any outstanding balance **
